Shipping Locations

Domestic and International Shipping: We ship orders both domestically within Australia and internationally to various countries. Please note that there may be certain restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping Methods: We offer both standard and express shipping options.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. We also offer free shipping on orders over $60.

Order Processing Time

Same Day Processing: Orders placed before 12pm will be processed and shipped the same day.
Next Business Day Processing: Orders placed after 12pm will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination but generally take between 3-7 business days domestically and 7-21 business days internationally.
Express Shipping: Delivery times are faster and generally take between 1-3 business days domestically and 5-10 business days internationally.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy:

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and downloadable software products are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items to our Sydney warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

– Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.If approved, refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@pilatesclassesonline.com.au.

Sale Items

– Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

– We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, please email us at info@pilatesclassesonline.com.au for further instructions.

Gifts

– If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

– You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
– For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
